Management is also mature in terms of embracing the new and exploring rather than limiting and ignoring. A key hurdle to an organisational blockage had been overcome : management advocacy.
With great empowerment comes great responsibility, and whilst we all can be mature in our approach and complacent in our achievements we lest not forget that like most things in business some parameters are a good idea.
So I have been researching various policy frameworks in use in different organizations, through this I came across this video, which then led me to think: 'why shouldn't the policy be delivered through multi-media channels and not just written text.
